Shipping
In-stock pieces leave the atelier within 48 hours and arrive in 3–5 working days. Made-to-order shapes take 2–3 weeks.
Yes, to 40 countries. Shipping is complimentary above ₹2,999; below that it is a flat ₹99, tracked and insured.
Returns & repairs
Thirty days from delivery, unworn and in the original dust bag. We send a prepaid label and refund within five days of receipt.
Almost always. Repairs are free for two years and offered at cost after that, done by the same artisans who made the bag.
Leather care
Yes — vegetable-tanned hide develops a patina with light and use. This is the point of it, not a fault.
Stuffed lightly, upright, in the cotton bag provided. Avoid plastic and direct sunlight.
